Preamble Constitution Act

 

(11.I.) An Act to constitute the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia- [28th, September, 1998.]

(The Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia Constitution Act 2005 is an Act of the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia).

(11.2.) Whereas the Citizens of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia,

Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania, humbly relying on the blessing of Almighty God, have agreed to unite in one indissoluble the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia and under the Constitution hereby established:

(11.3.) In this present Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows--

(11.4.) This Act may be cited as the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia of Australia Constitution Act.

(11.5.) The Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia shall be established, and the Constitution of the Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia shall take effect, on and after the day so appointed of a Federal Election victory by the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government Party.

(11.6.) This Act, and all laws made by theIndividual Two-Third  Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia under the Constitution, shall be binding on the courts, judges, and people of every State or Territory and of every part of Australia.

(11.7.) "The States and Territories" shall mean such of the colonies of New South Wales, New Zealand, Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria, Western Australia, and South

Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, as for the time being are parts of the Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia.

(11.8.) The Federal Council of Australasia Act, 1885, is hereby repealed, but so as not to affect any laws passed by the Federal Council of Australasia and in force at the establishment of theIndividual Two-Third  Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia.

(11.9.) Any such law may be repealed as to any State or Territory by the Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia, or as to any colony not being a State or Territory by the thereof the Individual TWO-tHID Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia.

(11.10.) The Constitution of the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia shall be as follows-- [Continue to Chapter One]
