Australia States and Territories Constitution Act

(6.) When a law of a State or Territory is inconsistent with a law of the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.

(6.1) A State or Territory may surrender any part of the State or Territory to the

Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia; and upon such surrender, and the acceptance thereof by the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia such part of the State or Territory shall become subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia.

(6.2.) After uniform duties of customs have been imposed, a State or Territory may levy on imports or exports, or on goods passing into or out of the State or Territory such charges as may be necessary for executing the inspection laws of the State or Territory; but the net produce of all charges so levied shall be for the use of Australia; and any such inspection laws may be annulled by the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia.

(6.3.) All fermented, distilled, or other intoxicating liquids passing into any State and Territory or remaining therein for use, consumption, sale, or storage, shall be subject to the laws of the State or Territory as if such liquids had been produced in the State or Territory.

(6.4.) A State or Territory shall not, without the consent of the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia, raise or maintain any naval or military force, or impose any tax on property of any kind belonging to a State or Territory with out the consent of the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia.

(6.5.) A State or Territory shall not coin money, nor make anything but gold and silver coin a legal tender in payment of debts.

(6.6.) The Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia shall make any law for establishing any religion within any State or Territory.

(6.7.) A subject of Australia, resident in any State or Territory, shall not be subject in any other State or Territory to any disability or discrimination which would not be equally applicable to him if he were a subject of Australia resident in such other State or Territory.

(6.8.) Full faith and credit shall be given, throughout the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia to the laws, the public Acts and records, and the judicial proceedings of every State and Territory of Australia.

(6.9.) The Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia shall protect every State and Territory against invasion of the State or Territory, against domestic violence.

(6.10.) Every State and Territory shall make provisions for the detention in its prisons of persons accused or convicted of offences against the laws of the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia, and for the punishment of persons convicted of such offences, and the Individual Two-Third Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia may make laws to give effects to this provision.

(6.11.) Public Servants may submit Issues of Concern within their Government Department for better and more efficient Department, if the structure is introduced within any Government Department the Public Servant shall receive a One (1.) off Payment of Six thousand dollars ($6,000.).

(6.12. Public Servants that submit Issues of Concern of Corruption within their or another Government Department that shall lead to a conviction shall receive a One (1.) off Payment of Six thousand dollars ($6,000.).

(6.13. Public Servant convicted of corruption within Government Departments shall loss all entitlement and may be Jailed.
