Individual Majority Vote Self-Government Constitution:

 

 Constitution of the Miscellaneous Act

 

     

(9.1.) This Constitution of the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government may be implemented within Any Country Under the Copyright laws of Australia and the International Copyright laws as well as the written permission of W.C.Realph.

(9.2.) This Individual Majority Vote Self-Government and subject to this Individual Majority Vote Self-Government Constitution, all citizens as Individuals shall govern all aspects of their country government departments, branches, organizations and Issues of Concern within a Debate and Vote with a Two-Third Majority or more in Favour of a Issue of Concern.  Citizens shall not segregate to undermine the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government and shall give True Cultural recognition, Environmental, Ethics, Honesty and Humanly towards all living things, within the boundaries of a country.  This Individual Majority Vote Self-Government whilst a Two-Third Majority Vote System of Governing Governments of a Country the countries cultural back ground must be intact and up held to Govern efficiently with Peace, Order and good Government of this constitution of the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government.

(9.3.) The Political Party introducing the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government shall not have the Power to make a Law or Change a Law.

(9.4.) The Political Party Introducing the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia shall only structure the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government Government of Australia within the Constitution of The Individual Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia.

(9.5.) All Issues of Concern Forms shall produce with Hemp or Recycled paper.

(9.6.) A Vote shall be submitted within Twenty Four (24.) hours, after the Issue of Concern has been Debated.

(9.7.) After Votes have been Counted and recorded electronically, the Vote shall be verified manually Counted by the Vote Department.

(9.8.) State and Territory Government Departments shall if need be shall enter into a Debate by monitors.

(9.9.) All Men and Women who Defend Australia that may die in battle, shall be Returned to Australian Soul for Lest we Forget.
