Part 10, Chapter 1

Alterations of the Constitution Act 

(10.1.) The Individual Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia Basic Constitution shall not be altered in any way or form in which all Individual Citizens of legal age shall as a Individual Govern all Aspects of their countries Government Departments Branches and Organizations and the Private Sector within their country Individually, within the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia.

(10.2.) (10.3.) The proposed law for the alteration thereof must be passed by the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia with a absolute Two-Third or more in Favour of a Proposed Amendment Nationally.

(10.4.) When a proposed law of a State or Territory in which Citizens, Animals or Environmental suffrage prevails no count shall be taken within the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia.

(10.5.) The Political Party introducing the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government shall not have the Power to make new Laws.

(10.6.) The Political Party Introducing the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia shall only structure the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government Government of Australia within the Constitution of the Individual Majority Vote Self-Government of Australia.
